Despite being virtual and in lockdown, the TempoCap team has explored ways to build team spirit, support our physical/mental health, and give back to our community.
After some thought, we’re launching the #1000minutechallenge! For the next twenty-eight days, the TempoCap team each complete 1000 minutes of exercise – helping us stay connected, stay fit, and, more importantly, giving us a chance to get outside! Collectively, we’re hoping to achieve 10,000 minutes of exercise in the next month.
In the spirit of collaboration, connectedness, and, of course, a tiny bit of competition, we welcome all of our network (especially other London vcs) to take part in this activity. Let’s see how quickly we can smash the #1000minutechallenge!
