We are delighted to share that our portfolio company, simplesurance, has been acquired by Allianz X. This marks TempoCap’s 6th exit in the last 18 months!

simplesurance offers a market-leading technology for embedded insurance, integrating insurance solutions into digital distribution partners in fast-growing ecosystems.
