We are pleased to share the ninth edition of the TempoCap Liquidity Indices, now updated to include exit activity from Q2 2026.
We continue to monitor the largest VC-backed technology exits across Europe, tracking performance across three core categories: all-cash acquisitions, cash and share deals, and public listings.
Congratulations to the new additions to the indices this quarter – Bending Spoons and Contentful.
Bending Spoons – listed on the NASDAQ at a $18.4bn valuation and up 18% to $21.8bn as of 30 June. Bending Spoons is the second largest IPO of a European VC-backed company since we started tracking these indices on 1 January 2020, and only one of two European companies IPOing over the last 4 and a half years (both listing on NASDAQ). Bending Spoons is a Milan-based technology company that acquires established consumer and productivity apps and re-engineers them for long-term growth, using AI and proprietary tooling to improve performance, monetisation, and user experience. Its portfolio includes well-known brands such as Evernote, WeTransfer, Vimeo, and AOL.
Congratulations to the management teams and investors!
Contentful – a reported $1.25bn cash and stock acquisition by Salesforce. Contentful is a headless content management platform that lets businesses create, manage, and deliver content to any website, app, or digital channel through a single API. It gives marketing and product teams a flexible, developer-friendly way to build and scale digital experiences across multiple platforms, without being tied to the constraints of a traditional CMS.
As ever, we have researched various public sources to ensure that we have the most accurate information possible, but if you’ve spotted something that needs to be corrected or a company that needs to be added or removed, please let us know at harrie@tempocap.com.
