Philip joined TempoCap in 2026, bringing over 20 years of private equity fundraising and investor relations experience. He spent more than two decades at Permira, one of Europe’s leading private equity firms, as Partner and Head of Investor Relations, where he led the firm’s marketing and investor liaison and was involved in more than €25bn of equity fundraisings.
After Permira, Philip founded Brightwell Partners, where he serves as Managing Partner, advising on fundraising and value creation projects.
He holds a degree in Classics from the University of Oxford.
